Shipping & Delivery

Orders can be placed 24/7. Orders received from Monday to Saturday morning are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Once your order is ready to ship and the carrier has assigned a tracking number, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. (If you can't find this email, please also check your spam/junk folder.)

Please wait at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation before checking your shipment status, as tracking information takes some time to become available from the carrier.
